The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.3280 of 2014 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has earlier filed Divorce Case No.382 of 2014 in the Family Court, Saran at Chapra vide Annexure 4 to this petition. In retaliation of the said case, the petitioner has been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.46740 of 2023(2) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with Complaint Case No.3280 of 2014/Inquiry No.230 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
