The instant application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for quashing the First Information Report of Karakat P.S.Case No.146 of 2011 registered under section 366-A of the Indian Penal Code. The allegations made in the First Information Report do attract the ingredients of the offences alleged, which are cognizable in
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.203 of 2015 dt.03-09-2015 2/2 nature.
