ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017 for the offences registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against co-accused Domi Yadav and not against this petitioner, who is merely an owner of the vehicle in question. It is further submitted that co-accused Domi Yadav has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 01.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14154 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27516 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
