The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P. S. Case No.248 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Section 304(B)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant alleges that his daughter was married to Guddu Paswan on 13.05.2016. The husband along with his family members were demanding motorcycle and Rs. One lac, but due to non-fulfilment of the demand, the victim was killed by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55815 of 2021(4) dt.08-03-2022 2/2 accused persons in conspiracy.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father-in-law and is separate in mess and property with his son and has nothing to do in the day to day life of his son. It is further submitted that husband is in custody. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, he is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and the husband is in custody, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P. S. Case No.248 of 2020. The application stands allowed.
