Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 31 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 363 and 365 I.P.C. to which sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code was added later on. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. It is further submitted that except confession there is nothing against this petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the
