1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP Sri Rabindra Kumar for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek regular bail. It is next submitted that petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.63224 of 2024 and the same was rejected by an order dated 13.12.2024 on the ground that petitioner was alleged to have fired at the informant casing injury on shoulder while Manish fired causing injury on waist of the informant and Harendra fired causing injury on his back and neck.

3. Considering the allegation that petitioner is alleged to have fired causing injury on shoulder of the informant, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

4. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for bail stands rejected.
