2. Sixth supplementary counter affidavit has also been filed on behalf of the Accountant General whereas sixth supplementary counter affidavit on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 4

Patna High Court CWJC No.11989 of 2016 dt.26-06-2018 2/2 has already been filed on 11.05.2018, after service of copy on learned counsel for the petitioner on 03.05.2018. In the counter affidavits filed on behalf of the respondents, a categorical stand has been taken that all necessary sanction/authority has been issued in favour of the petitioner and payments made. No rejoinder to the same has been filed.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

4. However, if the petitioner feels that any further payment is due, he shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation before the respondents no. 2 and 3.
