2. The petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2023 in connection with Paharpur (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A/120B/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased was killed for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the cousin father-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is also submitted that the petitioner has been falsely roped in this case only with the ulterior motive.

5. However, learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46647 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Paharpur (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2023.
