The petitioner seeks regular bail in Ramgarh P.S.Case No. 25 of 2013 under Section 304 B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabhua.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. There is allegation against the petitioner that he brutally assaulted and killed his wife. From Post Mortem Report it appears that there is ligature mark around the neck.

Considering the facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
