2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sikta P.S. F.I.R. No.170 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable u/s 8/20 (b)(ii)(C), 23(c) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-the Special Judge, under N.D.P.S. Act, West Champaran at Bettiah.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47276 of 2023(2) dt.20-09-2023 2/2 Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass the order on the same day, in accordance with law.
