Writ application is dismissed for the simple reason that the Deputy Director, Welfare, Patna Division has very correctly interfered with the finding of the District Programme Officer, Patna and held that the fixed remuneration of a Panchayat Teacher is Rs. 6,000/- and, therefore, that will not come in the way of the appointment of the private respondent as an Anganbari Sevika. The rest of the submission with regard to the entitlement etc. are totally contrary to the nature of the engagement of such sister-in-law of the private respondent, which cannot come in the way of her engagement.
