The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Balua Bazar (Lalitgram O.P) P.S.Case No. 22 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 406 & 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly circumstanced co-accused Md.

Amamuddin Ansari @ Md. Amamuddin has already been granted pre-arrest bail by this Court vide order dated 09.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50472 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Balua Bazar (Lalitgram O.P.) P.S.Case No. 22 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
