2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025 dated 19.03.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 316(2), 318(2), 338, 340(2), 319(2), 61(2) and 336(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 20.03.2025 and against him the investigation has been completed, though as per the allegation the training certificate, which was purportedly submitted by this petitioner at the time of re-counseling of teacher recruitment process, is alleged to be

No.50282 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 forged, however, the petitioner has not remained involved in such type of alleged wrong in the past and in fact the petitioner did not commit any forgery and he produced genuine certificate and presently he is not holding the particular post for which the alleged certificate is said to have been submitted by this petitioner.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Heard both the sides and perused the FIR as well as trial court's order. Though against this petitioner there is serious allegation, however, considering his clean past history, his custody period and completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025.
