Death of the father of the petitioner happened way back in the year 2005. Petitioner has approached the Court after ten years seeking a direction upon the authority for appointment on compassionate ground.
2. The object and purpose of such appointment is lost because the bread earner passed away 10 years ago. Family has survived. Compassionate appointment is not a methodology for providing employment to unemployed children of deceased employee.
3. Writ application is dismissed.
