Petitioner seeks bail in Gurua P.S. Case No.136 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413, 414, 120B/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has mentioned in para 3 of the bail application that petitioner has been made accused in seventeen cases. Most of the cases have been registered against unknown. Petitioner is on bail in thirteen cases out of the aforesaid seventeen cases.

In the instant case, it is alleged that one carbine and six live cartridges have been recovered from possession of the

Petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2018 in the instant case.

Keeping in view the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No.136 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
