Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Some other co-accused have been allowed bail in this case. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is closed. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jagdishpur Police Station Case No. 222 of 2018, subject to the condition that the
