The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Guthani P.S. Case No. 73 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, this petitioner is alleged to have torn the clothes of informant's mother and also snatched gold ornaments.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no allegation of assault against this petitioner and due to land dispute between the parties the alleged occurrence took place. Injury received by the injured does not support the allegation made in the FIR. Case and counter case. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55754 of 2021(2) dt.28-06-2022 2/2 bail by this Court vide order dated 19.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30763 of 2020. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 73 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
