2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 51478 of 2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the confessional statement of co-accused Manish Kumar has been described in paragraph no. 14 of the case diary. Co-accused Manish Kumar has stated that he fired on the deceased on the instigation of co-accused Tillu Kumar, Jai Janam Rai, and Saheb @ Saheb Yadav (petitioner). He has further submitted that coaccused Tillu Kumar has been granted bail by the learned court below and co-accused Jai Janam Rai has been granted bail by this Court. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45238 of 2025(3) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 those of the two co-accused persons and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing to that of co-accused Tillu Kumar and Jai Janam Rai. The petitioner is under custody since 02.05.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the co-accused persons on similar footing have been granted bail, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-Ist, Bhojpur (Ara) in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of the trial and make himself available on each and every date fixed at the trial.
