The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) That the Respondents No. 4 be directed to stay the illegal construction by way of making Jivika Bhawan upon public Road bearing Mauza- Sakarpura, Thana No. 159, Khata No. 651, Khesra No. 512 under Hasanpur Block, Samastipur."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Samastipur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
