The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 150 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on Anticipatory Bail. Hence, the prayer for Anticipatory Bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

Petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail, and if he does so, the court below will hear the bail application of the petitioner and dispose
