1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case no.111 of 2023 registered under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that unknown persons entered his house, committed theft and took away the articles as mentioned in the F.I.R..

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. The petitioner was falsely implicated in the case on the alleged ground of his using one of the stolen mobile phones. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has no criminal

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation in the F.I.R., the material that has transpired in course of investigation, the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, his being in custody since 1.3.2023 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case no.111 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. II, Patna.
