1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for setting aside the order as contained in Memo no. 753 dated 11.06.2016, issued under signature of the Secretary, Block Selection Unit, Nardiganj Block-cum-Block Development Officer, Nardiganj, and for setting aside the order as contained in Memo No. 64 dated 30.05.2016, issued under signature of the Presiding Officer, District

Patna High Court CWJC No.14639 of 2016(2) dt.09-05-2024 2/2 Teachers Selection Appellate Tribunal, Nawada by which, petitioner's selection to the post of Block Teacher has been cancelled.

3. In view of the nature of dispute, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the State Appellate Authority, by filing an appeal, against the order passed by Presiding Officer, District Appellate Authority, Nawada.

4. It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the State Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ application is disposed.
