2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sasaram(T) P.S. Case No. 452 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(b) and 22(a) of the NDPS Act.
3. As per allegation, on a secret information, the informant along with other police party raided the house of the petitioner and recovered 11.07 gm of Heroin from his house.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from his conscious possession and the weight of alleged contraband is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49976 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 less than the commercial quantity. He has no criminal antecedent of similar nature of case and is under custody since 22.05.2024.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram(T) P.S. Case No. 452 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
