The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Allouli P.S. Case No. 133 of 2019 dated 03.05.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 356, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the FIR and his name has transpired on the confession of a coaccused person. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession except one mobile phone which he claims to have purchased from somebody. The petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2019 and has no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42970 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Allouli P.S. Case No. 133 of 2019.
