JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order contained in Memo No. 203 dated 30.07.2012 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Saran at Chapra, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
