The petitioners apprehend their arrest in K.Hat P.S. Case No. 398 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioners and others conspired and got the land executed in their favour after receiving Rs. 9,50,000/- from Suresh Chand Das and Indradeo Narayan Singh by impersonating them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners did not play any role in getting the sale deed executed. Now the case has been compromised and no specific role against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30315 of 2017 (3) dt.21-08-2017 the petitioners has been made.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in K. Hat P.S. Case No. 398 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
