Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 413, 414, 420, 467, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
From a four wheeler foreign liquor was recovered and petitioner was also apprehended from that vehicle. Petitioner has got no such criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation of the case against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43981 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 Siwan Muffasil (Mahadewa) Police Station Case No. 81 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
