2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"to pass appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions, in the nature of
Patna High Court CWJC No.10503 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/3 mandamus directing upon the Respondents to pay the enhance valuation and compensation amount of the land of the petitioners in the village Udwantnagar, P.S.- Udwantnagar, Anchal- Udwantnagar Dist- Bhojpur, bearing Khata No. 867, Khesra No. 3067, area- 85 decimal @ commercial land from 2010 but the valuation amount of the said land has been allowed from 2023 amounting to Rupees 12,07050 plus present other miscellaneous cost i.e. 12,750/-."

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that in the light of memo no.223 dated 03.03.2025 issued by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhojpur, Ara, they shall be approaching the Arbitrator-cumDivisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna for the redressal of grievance/enhance of the compensation amount, as admittedly, a petrol pump was running at the said place.
4. The respondents have no objection.
5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioners to approach the Arbitrator-cumDivisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna in next four
Patna High Court CWJC No.10503 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 3/3 weeks who shall be passing an order after noticing/hearing the parties in accordance with law, at an earliest, preferably within a period of six months.
