The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khagaria (Chitragupt Nagar) P.S. case No. 286 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that petitioner for providing help in treatment of Kalazar took Rs. 85,000/- from him. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. There is no chit of paper to show that petitioner received any money from the informant. It appears that informant himself stated that he paid Rs. 85,000/- to the petitioner for getting Rs. one lac. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.29255 of 2017 (3) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupt Nagar) P.S. case No. 286 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
