The petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2022 in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 238 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is one of the lovers of the wife of the deceased who committed suicide because of the misdeeds of his wife.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
