1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the present quashing application.

3. Permission is accorded, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the issues at the time of framing of charge as it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the same occurrence, an FIR was instituted prior in time by the complainant herein and concealing the said fact, the present complaint came to be instituted.
