The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mauzahidpur (Baberganj) P.S. Case No. 32/2018, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no coercive steps has been ordered in favour of petitioner by a Coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 30.07.2018 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 1686/2018.

Therefore, this Court feels that at this stage no useful purpose will be served in keeping this anticipatory bail pending.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41337 of 2018 (5) dt.02-08-2018 2/2 Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh anticipatory bail petition in the event he has apprehension of arrest after disposal of the aforesaid case.
