2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 606© of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the complainant, the petitioners, in conspiracy, are said to have sold the land of temple to him and have cheated him of Rs. 6,24,000/-.

4. Since, the petitioners are alleged to have cheated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46713 of 2025(5) dt.17-01-2026 2/2 the complainant of such a huge amount, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail failing which the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur will take all steps for the arrest of the petitioner/accused person/s.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur through FAX for its compliance.
