JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 07-04-2015 The appellant feels aggrieved by the order dated 19.2.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12105 of 2012. Heard Shri Arbind Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant and Shri Manoj Kumar, learned Assistant Counsel to Standing Counsel No.28 for the respondents.

The appellant claims the relief of compassionate appointment vis-a-vis the employment of his grandfather as Choukidar. We find that the post of Choukidar had been brought under Government service only in the year 1990, and the grandfather of the appellant was working as Choukidar between the period 1960 and 1979. Hence, there would be no question of

The learned single Judge has taken correct view. We do not find any merit in the appeal. The appeal is, thus, dismissed. The interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. (L. Narasimha Reddy,CJ) (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) PNM U
