The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 237 of 2016 registered under Sections 365 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of paragraph no. 13 of the supplementary case diary, it appears that the informant/complainant made conspiracy against the petitioners and made them accused in this case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27980 of 2017 (4) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 237 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
