The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No.168/2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 504, 506, 323, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application on behalf of the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 they have been arrested.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous against petitioner nos. 1 and 2.

The prosecution side have been granted anticipatory bail being A.B.P. No. 593/2020 vide order dated 09.09.2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Madhubani. In the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner no.3, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Madhubani in connection with Raj Nagar P. S. Case No. 168/2020 being C.R.I. No. 1160/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sandeep Kumar, J) amitkumar/- U T
