The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.377 of 2024 for the offence under sections 303(2), 318(4), 316(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

It is alleged that the petitioner was working as a Guard in the company of the informant and he had taken a loan of Rs.12,00,000/- from the petitioner for treatment of his mother but he did not return the said amount. It is also alleged

Considering the fact that the dispute appears to be revolving around the loan amount which had been taken by the petitioner for treatment of his mother, this application of grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Patna / concerned Court below, in connection with complaint case No.377 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / section 482 of the BNSS.
