The petitioner seeks bail in Chanpatiya (Sirisiya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273, 414 of the IPC, Sections 30(a),30(b) and 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018. Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per seizure list 15 litres Chulai liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.
Petitioner is in custody since 17.2.2019 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42377 of 2019(2) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Chamapran, in connection with Chanpatiya (Sirisiya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
