The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 208/2020 dated 13.07.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that an absolutely false case has been lodged against her even when she is a person of old age and has got no concern with the affairs of her son and his deceased wife. It has

No.1275 of 2021(3) dt.24-08-2021 2/3 further been submitted that the deceased had given birth to two children from her marriage and, therefore, the accusation of her not being kept well by her husband and in-laws does not appear to be correct. It has also been submitted that on the date of occurrence, because of a minor dispute between the spouses, the deceased committed suicide.

Considering the afore-stated aspects of the matter, the father-in-law and the brother-in-law of the deceased have been granted bail.

The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -IV, Gaya, in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 208/2020, subject
