1. Similar relief(s), as prayed for in the present writ petition, was prayed for in CWJC No. 4531 of 2023, which was dismissed by another Division Bench of this Court on 25.04.2023. We find that the identical petitioner has filed both

Patna High Court CWJC No.11687 of 2018(12) dt.19-09-2023 2/2 the writ petitions and the later writ petition which was dismissed earlier does not disclose the filing of the earlier writ petition of 2018.

2. None appears for the petitioner when the matter was called. Even on the previous two occasions also, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
