The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No.32 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Due to enmity between the parties the present case was registered against this petitioner. Referring to paragraph 9 learned counsel submits that earlier on 22.1.2019 a case was registered at the instance of the petitioner.
