Petitioners apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no.1 assaulted the informant with sword causing him grievous injury, as such, his prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.

Petitioner no.2 assaulted with hockey stick over the head of one Nilesh Kumar Singh causing him simple injury, as such, prayer for bail of the petitioner no.2 is
