JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Petitioners are languishing in custody since 29.04.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 307, 323, 341, 379, 385, 504, 506 of the I.P.C.

Accusations are of making assault by seven persons and outraging the modesty.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that considering the accusation being omnibus and general, co-accused Debit Kumar @ Devid Kumar has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 54318 of 2013. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29306 of 2014 (3) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 162 of 2013.
