JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-08-2017 By order dated 27.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6653 of 2017, the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Kotwali Adampur P.S. Case No.479 of 2016, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time. Prayer is for extension of time.

Prayer is allowed.

Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds with condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.
