JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 302, 120B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR it is alleged that petitioner along with her husband administered poison to the deceased and caused death of deceased and petitioner happens to be step mother of the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has been made accused only on suspicion and she has falsely been implicated in this case, having clean antecedent. Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that witnesses have supported the allegation against the petitioner.
