The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and similarly situated accused persons, namely, Batesh Yadav, Surendra Kumar Yadav @ Suresh Yadav, Shakuntala Devi,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1992 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 Narayan Yadav, Rina Devi and Aman Kumar Yadav have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12547 of 2020.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Araria in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
