ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 27-07-2023 Upon repeated call, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner however, counsel for State present. Counsel for the State submits that the present dispute has arisen from a dispute relating to a bid over the period 201516 to 2017-18. Counsel further submits that since the bid period has already been lapsed, therefore, this case appears to be infructuous.

As such, this Court finds subsistence in the argument of the counsel for State. Therefore, this case is hereby dismissed as become infructuous.
