This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Chautham P.S. Case No.227 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 396 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act were also added.

The petitioner has long list of criminal antecedents. There are 24 criminal cases pending against the petitioner. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this regular bail application is dismissed. The District Judge, Khagaria is directed to transfer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46505 of 2022(3) dt.04-02-2023 2/2 all the cases pending against the petitioner in one Court and expedite the trial of all the cases.
