2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 427 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 386 and 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have extorted money from the owner of the firm and threatened to kill them on its non-fulfillment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners are in jail since 21.01.2023. The petitioners are accused in one more case of extortion.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 427 of 2022.

7. The petitioners will also mark their attendance twice a month in Raushanganj, Police Station and Amas Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month respecitvely. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
