The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1925 of 2019 registered under Sections 379 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that both the parties have resolved their dispute through the process of mediation. The report of the mediator and the terms of settlement mutually agreed between the parties is kept at 'Flag-Z'.

No.46275 of 2022(7) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 1925 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
